The opening debate, devoted to the shape of modern cities, outlined the most important planning and social dilemmas facing municipalities and investors today. At its core were questions about the decision-making horizon in the world of term local policy, the role of the Master Plan and the future of the Smart City concept.

A strong highlight was the lecture of the Special Guest, Piotr Bujak – Chief Economist of PKO Bank Polski – who presented a precise analysis of the current economic conditions and their impact on the real estate market. Immediately after, the participants of the Residential Hall listened to Katarzyna Kuniewicz’s presentation (Otodom Analytics), and the guests of the Commercial Hall got to know the data presented by Mateusz Polkowski (JLL Residential Poland), who in his speech “15 years have passed…” summarized the key phenomena of the decade: from housing booms to the transformation of demand and investment structures.
